All transactions on Bet Cashflow use FDK demo tokens only. Since FDK tokens have no real-world monetary value, we do not offer refunds in fiat currency. Our refund procedures are limited to adjusting your FDK token balance under the following conditions:

Technical Errors

If a bet settlement or token credit/debit error occurs due to a system malfunction, please contact support within 48 hours at [email protected] with relevant transaction details. We will investigate and, if verified, correct your FDK balance.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect unauthorized access or fraudulent activity affecting your FDK balance, notify us immediately. Verified unauthorized transactions will be reversed at our discretion.

General Conditions

All requests must include your account ID, date/time of the issue, and transaction references.

Disputes not raised within 48 hours may not be eligible for correction.

No Fiat Refunds

Since all play is conducted in demo tokens, we do not process refunds in real currency or tokens outside the platform.
